Job summary

VIDAA USA, Inc. is seeking an Overseas AI Product Operations lead to drive the AI experience across global markets. You will research user behavior in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and India and translate insights into product plans and algorithm improvements.

You will own core AI experiences, including AI Homepage, personalized recommendations, and scenario-based proactive services, while defining delivery rules and scheduling for overseas users.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage AI product operations for global users.
• Experience with LLM-driven product improvements and multilingual scenarios.
• Strong data analysis, experimentation, and user research skills.
• Professional English reading and writing for competitor research and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Overseas user insight & strategy to guide product planning and algorithm optimization across major markets.
• Own AI experience operations (AI Homepage, recommendations, ambient intelligence) and personalize delivery strategies.
• Govern LLM quality and corpus workflow, annotate guidelines, evaluate models, and mitigate hallucinations.
• Lead data-driven product iteration, identify bottlenecks from user data and run A/B tests to improve engagement and retention.
