Job summary

SURBANA JURONG PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring for a role leading AI-enabled product strategy and delivery across SJ Group’s business units. You will translate complex workflows into product requirements and partner with AI engineers, data teams and stakeholders to take products from concept to production launch.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate fluency in applied AI, strong problem-solving, and stakeholder management in ambiguous, cross-functional environments, with a preference for experience

Qualifications

• Track record delivering digital or workflow products end to end across problem definition through to launch and adoption.
• Fluency in applied AI, including generative AI, retrieval, and workflow automation.
• Strong structured problem-solving and stakeholder management skills in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to turn business realities into execution-ready product artifacts with Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI use cases and define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics across SJ Group’s BUs.
• Translate workflow pain points into clear product requirements and release scopes for engineering teams.
• Partner with AI engineers, data teams, designers, and stakeholders from concept to production launch.
• Balance experimentation with delivery discipline and decide what to automate or keep human-in-the-loop.
• Communicate direction, AI risks, and business value to executive and operational stakeholders.
