Job summary

Ministry of Law in Singapore is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-enabled products, from discovery to deployment and ongoing improvement. You will collaborate with business divisions, DAIO, IT and external partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions that drive measurable operational value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital product management, technology delivery, AI-enabled products or digital transformation.
• Ability to translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams including business stakeholders, engineers and technology specialists.
• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI capabilities and deployment considerations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile product development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product vision, roadmap and priorities for AI-enabled products.
• Identify operational problems with business divisions and shape viable AI/automation use cases.
• Translate user and business needs into product requirements, user journeys, backlogs and success measures.
• Lead products from discovery and pilot through production deployment, adoption and improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering and IT teams to ensure scalable, integrated solutions.
• Define and track product KPIs covering adoption, UX, performance and benefits realisation.
• Ensure AI products meet Responsible AI, cybersecurity, privacy and data governance requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, DAIO, ITD, governance and vendors to resolve dependencies.
