Qualifications

• Product management experience, including roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Experience in early-stage ventures or startups is a plus.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and program management skills.
• Interest in social or gaming products and AI/LLM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and define clear directions and roadmaps for TikTok DM gamification.
• Collaborate with Design, R&D, and Algorithms to drive end‑to‑end product delivery.
• Leverage multimodal AI to enable new social interactions within Direct Messaging.
• Analyze data, run A/B tests, and map user scenarios to drive product iteration.
