Job summary

FACULTY DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Manager – AI Applications to lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for AI-powered applications in Singapore.

You will drive the vision for AI Agents, shape the design system, and align AI engineering, design, and UX to deliver reliable, scalable features. You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product designers, and frontend engineers to ensure a cohesive user experience and practical, safe AI interactions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software product management experience, preferably SaaS/AI.
• Proven experience defining, building, and deploying AI Agents, LLM workflows, or conversational AI systems.
• Design Systems experience with multi-platform components, tokens, and WCAG accessibility.
• Comfort reading API docs, understanding LLM latency/token trade-offs, and discussing architecture.
• Strong eye for visual design and interaction patterns for generative content.
• Proficiency using data, telemetry, and user feedback to iterate features.

Responsibilities

• AI Product Vision & Execution: Define roadmaps for AI-driven products and features.
• AI Agent Architecture & Design: Own lifecycle for AI Agents, including personas and tool-use logic.
• Design System & Component Strategy: Collaborate with designers and front-end engineers to scale design systems.
