POINT72 ASIA (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented professional for the Market Intelligence team to lead AI product initiatives. You will partner with investment professionals and Compliance to build compliant, data-driven research products and drive adoption across the organization.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, establish governance standards, and develop integrations with external data sources while staying abreast of AI/ML trends to shape the firm's strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Statistics or related field.
• 2+ years in AI/ML product initiatives or solution engineering teams.
• Proven track record designing and operating AI/ML products in production with measurable business impact.
• Experience with large datasets and data pipelines; SQL or equivalent data querying.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of AI products that transform Market Intelligence workflows.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with investment professionals to drive productivity and insights.
• Translate research and investment needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment with metrics reporting.
• Establish model governance, testing, monitoring, and documentation for reliability.
• Develop integrations between external data sources and internal systems with data engineering.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends and contribute to the firm's AI strategy.
