Job summary

GIC, a leading global long-term investor, is seeking an Associate/AVP Product Experience within the Investment Insights Group. You will own the end-to-end adoption journey for our AI products, from first exposure through to sustained usage, partnering with product managers, data scientists and designers to ensure a coherent, user-centered experience.

The role emphasizes training, content creation and enablement at scale, balancing user insight with stakeholder engagement to turn AI capabilities

Qualifications

• Experience driving product adoption, user enablement or product experience for digital products, applications or platforms.
• Proven ability to create learning materials like playbooks, tutorials, videos or e-learning content.
• User-centered mindset with knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with user research and feedback techniques.
• Experience working with product managers, engineers and data scientists.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AI, data or enterprise software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adoption & experience ownership.
• Own the end-to-end adoption journey for GIC’s AI products — from first exposure through to sustained, confident usage.
• Represent the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring products are intuitive and fit real workflows.
• Help establish a consistent experience standard across IIG’s product portfolio, partnering with product managers and design specialists.
• Product enablement & training content creation — playbooks, how-to guides, videos and reference materials.
• Support AI user engagement initiatives and convert sessions into structured learning content; contribute to documentation and knowledge management.
• Build a training and content library that keeps pace with product releases and iterations.
• Establish the feedback loop between user experience, training uptake and product iteration.
• Translate user needs and adoption insight into input for product and design processes.
