Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for AI-driven features in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct user research, craft interaction patterns, prototype, and deliver scalable design systems for web, desktop, and 3D interfaces.

You will collaborate with AI, engineering, and product teams to translate model capabilities into usable features while championing responsible AI, explainability, and clear human-override affordances.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio of shipped product design work in AI, SaaS, or developer tools.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping; experience building design systems.
• Ability to write or adapt front-end code (HTML/CSS/React) to prototype ideas.
• Deep empathy for users; data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for AI-driven features including user research, interaction design, prototyping and delivery.
• Design conversational and agentic UI patterns and human-override affordances.
• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes and validate with users and stakeholders.
• Define design systems and component libraries across web, desktop, and 3D environments.
• Collaborate with AI, engineering, and product teams to translate model capabilities into usable features.
• Champion responsible AI design with explainability and appropriate trust signals.
