• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production experience.
• Able to own a problem from discovery through to production.
• Experience integrating AI-powered solutions into business workflows.
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, or data domains.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end to end from discovery through implementation, testing, deployment, operation, and iteration.
• Build production AI systems and agents that use tools and customer context to complete real business workflows, learn from feedback loops and memory.
• Connect AI to real business systems with reliable data flows across platforms.
• Work directly with customers to understand their business, workflow, technology stack, and pain points.
• Turn recurring pain into product by improving slow or unreliable onboarding, ingestion, or integrations.
