CODEX SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Software Engineer to join a cross-functional team responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mission-critical digital solutions.

You will own features end-to-end, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability. With 1–3 years of experience (or strong fundamentals from graduates or internships), you will contribute across the lifecycle and collaborate with product managers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience developing applications with modern programming languages.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and version control.
• Familiarity with cloud native development and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain production grade software applications.
• Build user facing and backend capabilities that solve operational problems.
• Translate business requirements into working software solutions.
• Participate actively in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using modern language models and agentic workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine how they can create value within operational use cases.
• Design applications that combine traditional software engineering and AI capabilities in a secure and maintainable manner.
• Develop cloud native solutions deployed on Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD and GitOps practices to automate build, deployment and operational workflows.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability.
• Write maintainable and well tested code.
• Design solutions with security, governance, and operational readiness in mind.
• Support production operations and troubleshoot issues when required.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in discovery activities to better understand user needs and operational challenges.
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture built on ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
