Job summary

Singtel is building a new AI and Data Analytics unit (AIDA) to scale AI ambitions with precision and purpose. The role focuses on implementing and operating the Central AI Kitchen’s shared AI Platform Services on Red Hat OpenShift or similar container platforms, ensuring secure, scalable interactions between AI agents and enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with AI architects, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams, developing reusable components and ensuring observability,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, cloud-native infrastructure, DevOps, or data/AI platform roles.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift or equivalent container platforms.
• Experience developing, deploying or integrating APIs, microservices or distributed application services.
• Experience with software development, scripting, system integration or platform automation.
• Experience working in teams using source control, CI/CD and structured software delivery practices.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes including workload deployment and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of REST APIs, API gateways, service-to-service communication and distributed system integration.
• Basic understanding of enterprise identity and security concepts including OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC, and secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operation of Central AI Kitchen's shared AI Platform Services on container platforms.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining platform capabilities for secure interaction between AI agents, enterprise systems and tools.
• Develop and maintain reusable platform components to enable teams to build and operate governed AI agents.
• Support security, scalability, interoperability, resilience and reliability of agentic AI services.
• Perform hands-on engineering, testing, troubleshooting, deployment and operational support under direction.
• Collaborate with AI architects, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams.
