Job summary

Activate Interactive Singapore is recruiting for a senior AI platform engineer to build and operate a centralized AI foundation on AWS Bedrock, delivering secure, scalable foundation models and end-to-end AI services for government-related case management workloads.

You will design backend APIs, integrate with enterprise data sources, implement RAG pipelines, and manage CI/CD pipelines and IaC. A strong background in cloud security and multi-agent AI is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in full stack development, cloud or AI platform engineering.
• 2+ years of practical AI/ML or generative AI experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and related services.
• Strong programming in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps toolchains.
• Knowledge of container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of government security and IAM controls.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and monitor the AI Foundation Platform (Bedrock) for multi-modal data extraction.
• Maintain AI infrastructure, including model access and API integrations.
• Develop full-stack platform services with backend APIs and admin portals.
• Integrate AI platform with enterprise data sources for context-aware outputs.
• Support model customization and knowledge bases; contribute to MinLaw ontology.
• Optimize performance, latency, and cost for AI services.
• Design secure infra aligned with enterprise architecture and security policies.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create reusable platform components across divisions.
• Deploy and monitor AI service performance and health.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps and Solution Architects on end-to-end solutions.
• Review code and runbooks; produce technical docs.
• Prepare architecture submissions for ARB and security reviews.
• Set up agentic AI infrastructure and guardrails.
