Job summary

OCBC Group is recruiting an AI Platform Engineer (AVP) to build, operate and maintain next‑gen hybrid AI platforms for the enterprise in Singapore. You will drive automation‑first platform engineering, ensure reliability, scalability, observability, and performance, and collaborate with architects and AI engineers.

You should have 5–7 years of experience with cloud‑based AI platforms, GenAI in production, and strong cloud, security, and governance understanding, plus excellent communication to

• Overall 5 to 7 years experience operating cloud-based AI platforms at scale.
• Familiarity with GenAI use cases in production.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, network & IAM).
• Hands-on automation experience (Terraform, pipelines, scripting).
• Strong knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with model serving, pipelines, inference, agentic concepts.
• Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and policy enforcement.
• Strong problem solving in dynamic environments and effective communication with stakeholders.
