What you do* Architect, design, develop, and maintain high performance, scalable backend systems using modern programming languages and framework.* Implement high-quality, scalable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices, and take ownership of maintaining a robust suite of microservices, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL endpoints that drive business value.* Drive technical architecture vision by leading discussions and contributing to the design of the system's overall structure.* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including data scientists, software engineers, and business users, to distill product requirements into actionable solutions, and develop accurate estimates of effort required to deliver high-impact results.* Manage databases, including data modelling, query optimization, and ensuring data integrity.* Ensure the reliability and availability of backend systems through monitoring, performance tuning, and incident management.Who you are* Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.* 5+ years of experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Typescript and their frameworks.* Solid experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs, GraphQL and other service-based architectures.* Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in RDBMS and/or NoSQL technologies (e.g. PostgreSQL, YugabyteDB, MongoDB, Cassandra)* Familiar with CI/CD pipeline, version control, and automated testing frameworks (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket)* Experience with monitoring tools such as PLG or ELK stack.* Good understanding of containers, build systems, and infrastructure automation with experience in Kubernetes and Docker.# # # **What we offer:**Competitive base salary.
