QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Business Development & AI Platform Sales professional in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end BD and sales for IT services, cloud solutions, AI/GenAI offerings, and digital transformation.

You will engage senior stakeholders, build a strong pipeline, run discovery with CIOs/CFOs, and collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales and Delivery to tailor client solutions and demonstrate business value and ROI.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or technology sales.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end business development activities from prospecting to qualified opportunities and meetings.
Identify and engage decision-makers across business, operations, finance, risk, credit and transformation functions.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve targets.
Conduct client discovery to understand business challenges and propose AI platform solutions.
Represent the company and its Agentic AI platforms at events, webinars, and forums.
Engage prospects and convert event connections into qualified opportunities.
Position AI solutions in terms of business value, ROI, and outcomes.
Build relationships with customers and senior stakeholders, including CIOs and CFOs.
Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, and Delivery to tailor proposals and solutions.
Maintain accurate pipeline information, forecasts and updates.
