Job summary

Kredivo Group in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer for its AI Transformation team to build and operate production AI applications and services. You will own delivery end-to-end, design, implement, deploy, and operate backend systems, APIs, and agent workflows that empower internal users.

You will prototype with AI, use agentic tooling to accelerate development, and measure quality with tests, traces, and user feedback.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional software engineering with Python and backend services.
2+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) including schema design.
2+ years of hands-on experience deploying and operating backend services on AWS or GCP, using Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications with agents using tools or workflows.
Experience using AI coding agents to prototype, test, review code, and investigate failures.
Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Build production AI applications and services with backend architectures and APIs.
Own delivery end to end: clarify requirements, design, code, test, deploy, operate and troubleshoot production systems.
Prototype and develop with AI using agentic tools to accelerate development while ensuring security and quality.
Measure and improve quality using tests, traces, observability and user feedback.
Make capabilities reusable by turning successful patterns into platform components for teams.
Build safely with partners by coordinating with engineers, product, security, data science and business teams.
