Job summary

Grab is seeking a senior technical leader to transform how we engineer with AI and raise the architectural bar for large-scale distributed systems. You will create common platforms and patterns that enable teams to move faster with autonomy.

Lead architectural initiatives across CXI, partnering with senior engineers, product leaders, and data scientists to drive engineering guardrails and reusable patterns at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering and system design with 5+ years in principal engineer or architect roles.
• Experience driving AI-enabled engineering transformation and agentic workflows.
• Architecting scalable, highly available distributed systems for millions of users.
• Building shared platform capabilities across products, lines of business.
• Leading cross-team architectural initiatives without direct reporting authority.
