Job summary

GOOGLE ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is hiring an AI Outcome Customer Engineer to bridge pre-sales and post-sales delivery for enterprise AI solutions, aligning architecture with adoption, activation, and delivery realities.

You will design integrations across identity, data residency, and compliance, work with Forward Deployed Engineering, and partner with account teams to shape proposals and resolve complex deployment blockers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
• Experience reading or debugging code in a general purpose language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, ECMs, identity), cloud infra, or AI/ML deployments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams and Practice CEs during technical evaluation to shape proposals and adoption.
• Lead upfront technical design for enterprise AI solutions, ensuring secure integration with data pipelines and identity providers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues and test workarounds to clear blockers.
• Liaise with Product and Engineering to translate field feedback into feature requests.
• Steer implementation strategy with technical authority while coordinating with customer teams.
