Job summary

EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced AI Ops Engineer to architect and optimize Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, and service maps, enhancing observability across applications and infrastructure.

You will apply ML models to detect anomalies, forecast system behavior, and collaborate with data teams to operationalize predictive analytics for IT incident management. Hands-on with ServiceNow CMDB, CI relationships, and scripting in Python/Linux to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 6+ years as an AI Ops Engineer with hands-on Splunk ITSI experience.
• Proficient in Splunk ITSI or similar observability platforms.
• Strong ServiceNow experience, including CMDB/CI relationships.
• Machine learning for anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
• Scripting in Python and Linux for automation.
• ITIL and modern IT operations practices knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
