Job summary

antas pte. ltd. seeks a senior Observability Engineer to architect, implement, and optimize Splunk ITSI solutions across enterprise apps and infrastructure. You will lead end-to-end observability initiatives and drive proactive incident detection.

The role requires 8+ years in observability, strong Splunk skills, Python and Linux scripting, ITIL/SRE/AIOps familiarity, and excellent stakeholder management. You will collaborate with IT teams to deliver reliable service performance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and optimize Splunk ITSI solutions including KPIs, glass tables, service analyzers, and service dependency maps.
• Lead end-to-end observability across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and distributed systems.
• Perform advanced SPL-based log analytics, event correlation, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Configure ITSI Episode Review, correlation searches, and notable event management for proactive incident detection.
• Implement machine learning-based anomaly detection and predictive analytics using Splunk MLTK.
• Integrate ServiceNow CMDB with Splunk ITSI for automated CI synchronization and service topology mapping.
• Develop Python and Linux automation scripts for monitoring, event management, and operational efficiency.
• Drive observability best practices aligned with ITIL, SRE, and AIOps frameworks.

• Strong expertise in service modeling, KPI management, glass tables, and event aggregation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, CIs, service mapping, and ITSM integrations.
• Experience with Splunk MLTK, machine learning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and Linux automation.
• Expertise in ITIL, SRE, AIOps, incident management, and problem management.
• Strong experience in observability architecture, performance monitoring, and RCA.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
