Job summary

ANTAS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly capable IT Operations specialist to design and maintain Splunk ITSI dashboards, monitor performance, and drive proactive incident management. You will implement ML-based anomaly detection, integrate CMDB data, and develop Python scripts to automate monitoring tasks.

The role requires hands-on Splunk experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and the ability to analyze logs and correlate events to identify root causes. Singapore-based work is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI, Splunk Enterprise, SPL, and observability platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, CI relationships, and service mapping.
• Experience with Python, Linux scripting, event management, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with machine learning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Understanding of ITIL, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
