Job summary

EVYONIC SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced AI Ops Engineer to architect and optimize Splunk ITSI dashboards, enhancing visibility into application and infrastructure health. The role uses real-time analytics to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and prevent outages with ML-powered anomaly detection.

You will collaborate with data teams to operationalize predictive analytics for IT incident management and ensure accurate CI mappings from ServiceNow to Splunk.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in AI Ops engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI or similar observability platforms.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow, including CMDB and CI relationships.
• Strong experience in machine learning for anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
• Experience in scripting (Python, Linux) for automation.
• Experience in ITIL and modern IT operations practices.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and investigation skills using observability data.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and optimize Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, glass tables, and service maps.
• Continuously enhance visibility into the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Leverage observability data to investigate system issues and anomalies in real-time.
• Identify root causes using advanced event correlation, log analysis, and telemetry patterns.
• Apply machine learning models to detect anomalies, forecast system behaviour, and prevent outages.
• Collaborate with data teams to operationalize predictive analytics for IT incident management.
• Maintain and automate the synchronization of Configuration Items (CIs) from ServiceNow to Splunk.
• Ensure accurate service correlation and dependency mapping across platforms.
