Job summary

Celotti Tech Talent is seeking an AI & Business Automation Intern to work hybrid in Singapore for 3–6 months, reporting to the Business Head. You will help automate and improve workflows across business development, talent delivery, and analytics, gaining hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI tools.

The role is ideal for curious, proactive individuals passionate about AI, technology and process improvement, with a willingness to learn and deliver real business impact.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Technology.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support automated lead generation and business development workflows.
• Conduct prospect research and market intelligence activities.
• Assist in CRM optimisation and data management initiatives.
• Explore AI-driven approaches to client engagement.
• Support the automation of candidate sourcing and talent mapping activities.
• Improve recruitment workflows and operational processes.
• Assist with research, reporting and talent intelligence initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within talent delivery operations.
• Research, test and implement AI-powered tools and solutions.
• Support the development of internal workflow automation projects.
• Assist in building knowledge management and productivity systems.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational effectiveness across the business.
• Assist in creating business dashboards and reports.
• Support management reporting and KPI tracking.
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
