NAS EDUCATION PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Full Stack Engineer to build an AI-native product used by real businesses. You’ll own frontend, backend, agent runtime, integrations, data, and cloud infrastructure to deliver complete business outcomes, not just prototypes.

You’ll work with customers to uncover problems, design systems, and deploy reliable solutions with guardrails and human-in-the-loop approval. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack fundamentals.
• AI-native approach to problem solving, design, and product delivery.
• Experience with agent systems, tools, memory, and context management.
• Ability to translate customer problems into production-ready solutions.
• Comfort collaborating with customers, product managers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI-native product features from problem to maintenance.
• Design reliable agent systems with models, tools, memory, and guardrails.
• Connect agents to customer data and external platforms via APIs and MCP.
• Engage with customers to turn requests into measurable business value.
• Use AI coding agents and modern workflows to improve speed and quality.
