NAS EDUCATION PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Full Stack Engineer to build an AI-native product used by real businesses. You’ll own frontend, backend, agent runtime, integrations, data, and cloud infrastructure to deliver complete business outcomes, not just prototypes.

You’ll work with customers to uncover problems, design systems, and deploy reliable solutions with guardrails and human-in-the-loop approval. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack fundamentals.
• AI-native approach to problem solving, design, and product delivery.

• Ability to translate customer problems into production-ready solutions.
• Comfort collaborating with customers, product managers, and engineers.

Job description

We’re looking for an AI Full Stack Engineer who can turn this vision into a product that real businesses use every day.

This is not a role for someone who only prototypes with an LLM API. You will own complete product experiences across the frontend, backend, agent runtime, integrations, data, and cloud infrastructure.

You will:

• Own the full lifecycle of AI-native product features — from understanding the problem and designing the experience to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design reliable agent systems that use the right models, tools, context, and memory, supported by practical evaluation, tracing, guardrails, and human approval.
• Connect agents to customer data and external platforms through APIs, MCP, and other integration patterns, enabling them to deliver complete business outcomes rather than isolated answers.
• Work directly with customers to understand their business, uncover the real problem behind a request, and turn it into a product that creates measurable value.
• Use AI coding agents and modern development workflows to improve your own speed, quality, and ability to deliver.

Who We’re Looking For

• You have 4+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong full-stack fundamentals.
• You are deeply AI-native. AI is part of how you investigate problems, design systems, build and review software, test, debug, and learn.
• You understand that production agent engineering is more than prompting. You are familiar with tool use, context management, memory, state, model selection, evaluation, tracing, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• You have strong product judgment and care about whether a system produces a useful business outcome, not merely whether the model returns an answer.
• You have strong agency and accountability. You can take an unclear problem, investigate it deeply, create structure, and own it through to a reliable, maintainable production outcome.
• You communicate openly and enjoy collaborating with customers, product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Bonus Points

• You have shipped an LLM or agent-powered product used by real customers.
• You have experience with AWS, MongoDB, Deep Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, GBrain, or MCP.
• You have integrated advertising, social media, CRM, analytics, or other business-data platforms.
• You have worked directly with customers in an agency, consulting, solutions-engineering, or forward-deployed engineering environment.
