Responsibilities

• Translate moderation policies and business needs into structured, executable rules and strategies.
• Monitor model performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze false positives/negatives and propose data- and strategy‑driven improvements.
• Support model evaluation, Golden Set construction, and strategy validation.
• Explore AI automation with LLMs, AI Agents, and workflow tooling.
