ALMR BUSINESS CONSULTING GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build and deploy AI-driven solutions across the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in real-world applications.
• Strong Python programming skills and knowledge of APIs, databases, and application architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI, machine learning and advanced analytics solutions to address business requirements.
• Build and maintain AI-powered applications and agents using Agentic AI frameworks and related technologies.
• Take AI solutions from proof of concept through development, testing, deployment and ongoing enhancement.
• Develop integrations between AI applications, APIs, databases, enterprise systems and business workflows.
• Contribute to the development of frontend and backend applications using sound software engineering practices.
• Work with cloud and technology teams on the architecture, design and implementation of AI-enabled applications and data solutions.
• Develop reusable components, tools and automation to improve development efficiency and engineering standards.
• Conduct functional, integration and performance testing to ensure the quality, reliability and scalability of solutions.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
• Work within Agile delivery methodologies across planning, development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate database and data architecture options, considering performance, scalability, security and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and data-driven solutions.
• Stay current with developments in AI, machine learning, Agentic AI and software engineering and assess their relevance to the business.
