RED ALPHA CYBERSECURITY PTE. LTD. is launching a new AI Marketer program in Singapore designed to bridge marketing expertise with technical AI capabilities.

The 12-week, full-time training takes you from a non-technical starting point to building real automations, integrations and AI workflows. After training, you’ll work across marketing, technology and AI to automate repetitive work and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of marketing experience in marketing, growth, lifecycle/CRM, content, performance or marketing operations.
• No coding experience required; we’ll teach you through structured training and AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills: break complex problems into steps and verify assumptions.
• Strong communication and ownership: work with stakeholders and drive projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Understand and improve marketing operations across CRM, lifecycle/email, CMS, analytics, advertising platforms and internal data.
• Build AI-powered automation systems connecting marketing platforms through APIs, webhooks and scheduled jobs.
• Make systems reliable with testing, monitoring, logging, error handling and fallbacks.
• Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to define success and demonstrate business impact.
