• Support the design and delivery of AI learning programmes, resources and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of AI literacy programmes, learning pathways and training content for advisors and agency leaders.
• Create engaging learning materials, e-learning resources, job aids, videos and communications related to AI adoption.
• Research AI trends, use cases and best practices to enhance learning content and programme design.
• Assist in organising AI learning campaigns, workshops, webinars and engagement activities.
• Analyse learner feedback and training results to identify opportunities for programme improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning needs related to AI.
• Support measurement and reporting of AI learning adoption and effectiveness metrics.
• Promote responsible AI awareness and best practices across the agency force.
