Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking an AI Integration Engineer within the Integrated Solutions Digital Technology team. You will bridge our Digital Twin platform with enterprise systems, building secure, agentic workflow integrations and REST APIs to enable autonomous yet supervised operations.

The role involves hands-on development, MCP tools for safe LLM interaction with the Digital Twin, and collaborating across engineering, product, and FM partners to deliver scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in backend or integration engineering.
• Hands-on with code and low-code/no-code tools.
• Proficient in REST API design and development.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS/IoT systems.
• Knowledge of BACnet/Modbus/MQTT is a plus.
• Understanding authentication and audit logging best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design workflow integrations connecting Digital Twins to enterprise systems (ERP, CMMS, IoT, BMS, SCADA).
• Develop MCP tools as secure interfaces for LLMs to query and update the Digital Twin.
• Build REST APIs to trigger operations, query sensor data, and interact with external systems.
• Implement automation pipelines for SOPs, presets, incident playbooks, and task dispatch.
• Ensure workflows follow human-in-the-loop with audit trails and safeguards.
• Collaborate with AI Systems Architect, product, and FM partners to translate requirements into robust integrations.
