Job summary

CellResearch Corporation in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineer to build our in-house integration layer, directing AI coding agents to connect NetSuite, Shopify and other systems across the business.

You will own the architecture, CI/CD pipelines, deployment, testing and observability, shaping how this new function works as the first hire in the team and helping to scale capability across operations and finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years building and running production systems.
• Experience with AI coding agents and modern software development practices.
• Strong API design and data movement experience (REST/GraphQL).
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript; ability to read and intervene critically.
• Comfort with deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design the integration layer between NetSuite, Shopify and other systems.
• Direct AI coding agents to implement and evolve integrations.
• Own architecture, deployment pipelines, observability and error handling from start.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to align processes with technology.
• Enable non-developers to build safe automation with guardrails and templates.
