Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, AI Innovation & Ecosystem Programs for Greater China to drive client engagements, partnerships, program execution, and market adoption of AI-powered payments experiences.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, run pilots, develop prototypes, and scale AI-enabled payments across the market, while ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in product/ program management, digital payments, AI, fintech, or partnerships.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Experience delivering business or tech initiatives with clients or partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Interest in AI, digital commerce, and new payment experiences.
• Fluent Mandarin and English, with ability to explain tech in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Agent Pay and AI innovation initiatives across Greater China.
• Manage pilot projects, proof-of-concepts, solution deployments, demos, and co-innovation activities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to develop demonstrations and prototypes.
• Ensure governance, security, privacy, and risk considerations across programs.
• Monitor market developments and provide insights to stakeholders.
