Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within Media/Advertising/Creative Agency sectors.
• Experience building pipelines and closing deals in a B2B environment.
• Domain expertise in intelligent content creation, generative AI, or digital marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline development: build and manage a robust sales pipeline and generate leads.
• Client relationship: nurture strong, long-term relationships with marketers, creative leads, and production partners.
• Pitching & proposals: lead the proposal and pitch process, prepare budgets and timelines, and present to C-suite executives.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies and align with regional/global objectives.
• Thought leadership: represent the company at industry events and monitor AI/trends for opportunities.
