Job summary

devx labs seeks a Growth Consultant who will drive expansion by engaging C-level executives, diagnosing challenges, and prescribing cloud and AI solutions. This hunter role focuses on bringing in new logos and revenue growth, with a KPI based on net new revenue.

You will qualify opportunities, structure deals, and align solutions with client outcomes, collaborating with Practice Leads to tailor implementations. Hybrid work-from-home options and flexible hours support high-performance delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Tech Sales or Business Development.
• Hunter mindset with revenue targets.
• Strategic thinker who sells outcomes and transformation.
• Fast learner of the devx AI labs playbook and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling to C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of eCommerce) to understand infrastructure and CX bottlenecks.
• Scout and qualify leads across industries, prioritising high-probability accounts for devx Cloud and AI solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Work with Practice Leads to scope solutions that solve the prospect's business problem.
• Embody the 80/20 value by using smart prospecting tools and focusing on high-probability opportunities.
