Job summary

HUNTINGUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Technology Risk Management Manager to bridge technology risk, governance and business judgement across the organization.

You will lead Technology Risk Assessments, support the development of risk frameworks and controls with a focus on AI governance, assess risks related to AI/Generative AI and review AI-enabled solutions, translating governance into practical requirements and delivering risk insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology risk management, AI governance, IT risk, information security, technology audit, regulatory compliance or enterprise risk management.
• Practical understanding of how AI and Generative AI solutions are developed, deployed and used.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Deep engineering or coding expertise is not required.
• AI governance credentials are an advantage, not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Risk Assessments (TRAs), from risk identification and control evaluation to practical remediation recommendations.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of technology risk frameworks, policies and controls, with an initial focus on AI governance.
• Assess risks relating to AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning and other emerging technologies.
• Review AI-enabled solutions, considering data handling, transparency, human oversight, security, third-party dependencies and ongoing monitoring.
• Translate responsible AI principles, regulatory expectations and internal policies into practical governance requirements.
• Prepare risk reporting and management insights, while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve risk assessment processes.

This opportunity sits within a Risk & Quality function, working across business and technology stakeholders to support the responsible adoption of digital and emerging technologies.

What you’ll be doing:
