• 8–15 years of experience in AI/ML/data science or AI governance.
• Experience in large enterprises or regulated environments.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk and compliance functions.

• Develop and operationalise enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks, standards, policies, and operating models.
• Embed governance principles throughout the AI lifecycle, ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
