Job summary

AI Rudder is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to partner with sales and customers on complex AI-driven deployments. You will articulate technical architectures, lead discovery, and define scalable integration patterns across cloud environments.

The role requires strong API, integration, and SaaS knowledge, plus experience in pre-sales or solution architecture. You will collaborate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead technical conversations with enterprise customers.
• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data flows.
• Familiarity with SaaS architectures and multi-tenant environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical discovery, understand customer architecture, and design scalable end-to-end solutions.
• Define solution architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and deployment approaches with customer teams.
• Design and manage POCs, define success criteria, address technical requirements and objections.
• Own the technical side of complex sales cycles with Sales to close deals.
• Work with IT, Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure on data residency, security, scalability, and HA.
• Balance customer needs with feasibility, cost, scope, and deal likelihood.
• Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders in English.
