You will design, deploy, and continuously improve AI Talkbot solutions using the WIZ.AI platform, working with customers to define success metrics and value drivers. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to move fast, learn from feedback, and uncover new AI opportunities that

Responsibilities

• Understand real business problems and translate them into AI use cases and action plans.
• Design and deploy AI solutions using the WIZ.AI platform, including flows, prompts, rules, logic, escalation paths, test cases, and performance checks.
• Apply AI tools to speed up requirement analysis, demo prep, conversation drafting, data analysis, feedback summarization, and optimization ideas.
• Own the loop from launch to value by monitoring performance, collecting feedback, and iterating for measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to unblock issues and improve outcomes.
• Proactively identify where AI can create more value through optimization, new use cases, renewal, or expansion.
