Job summary

The National Environment Agency (NEA) is seeking an Executive to support the development, implementation, and operationalisation of AI-driven cleaning technology for public areas. You will manage on-site trials, collaborate with NEA divisions and vendors, and coordinate data annotation for AI training and improvement.

You will analyse datasets, identify trends, and assess deployment feasibility while guiding users to adopt successful AI projects in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge in video analytics or ML is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Meticulous, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, self-driven and able to handle complex situations
• Willing to work outdoors, including weekends and after hours

Job description

What the role is:

As an Executive, you will support the development, implementation, monitoring, and operationalisation of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven technology focused on cleaning operations to improve the overall cleanliness of public areas. Working in partnership with NEA divisions and external vendors, you will develop, plan and manage cleaning technology deployments to ensure effective and efficient implementation of ground operations. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, video analytics training, contract management, and project coordination.

What you will be working on:

• Plan, conduct and coordinate on-site trials with various stakeholders, including NEA users and external vendors, on AI-driven solutions to improve cleaning operations
• Manage vendors and administer contracts, including raising work orders, monitoring contract utilisation and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and obligations
• Collaborate with users to extract and annotate data for the training and continuous improvement of AI solutions
• Analyse relevant data to identify trends and assess the feasibility of AI solutions for operational deployment
• Brief and train users to adopt successful AI projects and integrate the solutions into their day-to-day operations
• Provide regular updates and reports on status of AI projects to relevant stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and common AI tools such as Pair Chat, ChatGPT
• Basic knowledge in the application of video analytics and/or machine learning is an advantage
• A strong team player with good communication, interpersonal and written skills
• Meticulous, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Proactive, self-driven and committed to continuous improvement
• Mature, independent and resourceful in handling complex or ambiguous situations
• Able and willing to work outdoors, including occasionally on weekends and after working hours
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantageas vehicles may be available for conducting field trials
