Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Survey Methodology Specialist in Singapore to develop and review survey methodologies, sampling approaches and research designs.

You will conduct statistical analysis and provide methodological recommendations to support survey projects, while ensuring data quality and governance. Based at Havelock, you will collaborate with Survey Operations, Data and Quality teams to implement robust methodologies and explore AI-assisted approaches to enhance research

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Research Methodology or related field.
• Experience in survey methodology, statistics or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review survey methodologies, sampling approaches and research designs.
• Conduct statistical analysis and provide methodological recommendations to support survey projects.
• Review data quality, identify anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain methodology guidelines, SOPs and technical documentation.
• Work closely with Survey Operations, Data and Quality teams to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of methodologies.
• Support methodology testing, validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance survey methodology, data analysis, quality checks, research processes and operational efficiency.
• Explore and implement AI-assisted approaches for data validation, pattern identification, text analysis, reporting and process automation, where appropriate.
• Provide technical advice and present methodology findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure survey methodologies comply with applicable statistical standards, policies, data confidentiality and governance requirements.
