Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in instructional design or related field.

• Experience in higher education or lifelong learning environments; familiarity with data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate AI-enabled instructional materials and learning experiences.
• Lead and support Agentic AI implementations for adaptive, learner-driven environments.
• Collaborate with academic staff and technologists to integrate AI into curriculum design and delivery.
• Conduct needs analyses and evaluate AI-enhanced teaching approaches; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Deliver training and workshops to faculty on AI for education and agentic learning.
