Job summary

AIA in Singapore is seeking a fresh graduate to join our AI engineering, data engineering, and MLOps teams. You will work on enterprise-scale AI initiatives on modern cloud platforms, collaborating with data scientists, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, deploy, and operationalize AI solutions.

The role offers hands-on exposure to NLP, LLMs, retrieval augmented generation, and governance practices within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Python ML libraries preferred.
• Exposure to Langchain, LlamaIndex, or Crew AI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and evaluating ML/AI solutions for business use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy models.
• Build data pipelines and contribute to MLOps practices.
• Help implement governance and responsible AI practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and document technical findings.
