Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a fresh graduate for an AI engineering track to build practical experience in AI, data engineering, MLOps, and cloud platforms within a regulated financial services environment.

You will work on enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, and related initiatives across customer engagement, underwriting, claims, and operations, collaborating with data scientists, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI or data science or related field.
• Cloud platform certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployments.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Publications or OSS contributions in AI are welcome.
• Experience with Langchain, Llamaindex, Crew AI for agents.
• Strong Python skills and ML frameworks (TF, PyTorch, HF).
• Hands-on API integration and cloud deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Design, train, test, and deploy NLP/LLM models for business needs.
• Build and optimize ML pipelines including MLOps practices.
• Implement RAG solutions using enterprise data and vector DBs.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders.
• Support AI governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to APIs and microservices exposing AI capabilities.
