Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a leading technology consultancy in Singapore, seeks a dynamic professional to lead business process discovery and AI-enabled workflow redesign for complex programmes. You will collaborate with scientists, business users and technical teams to translate pain points into practical requirements and scalable workflows.

The role demands strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and agile delivery, with proficiency in tools like Miro and JIRA.

Competenze

Experience in business analysis, management consulting, digital transformation or process improvement.
Strong capability in process mapping, requirements gathering, user research and analysis of data flows, system interactions and cross-functional dependencies.
Ability to translate operational pain points into implementable business and functional requirements, prototypes, governance arrangements and measurable outcomes.
Skilled in facilitating stakeholder workshops and interviews, reconciling differing needs and validating recommendations with business and technical teams.
Understanding of AI-enabled workflow opportunities, human-in-the-loop design, iterative delivery and the organisational impacts of process and technology change.
Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in workflow and delivery tools such as Miro and JIRA.

Mansioni

Lead business process discovery and workflow redesign for the AIDD programme, starting with Phase 1 proof of concept and extending to configurable AIDD workflows from Phase 2.
Map and assess the end-to-end target evaluation process, including user intake, evidence gathering, biological reasoning, therapeutic direction, narrative and score generation, evidence storage, quality assurance and expert review.
Facilitate discovery workshops and interviews with scientists, business users and technical teams to identify pain points, bottlenecks, decision rules, dependencies, data needs and control requirements.
Design and validate future-state workflows that integrate AI agents and human oversight while preserving provenance, traceability, quality and escalation of uncertainty.
Translate workflow needs into clear business requirements, user journeys, process maps, decision rules, roles, governance and acceptance criteria, maintain backlog with cross-functional teams.
Support rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept testing, gather user feedback, assess feasibility and refine workflows with architects, AI engineers and delivery leads.
Develop reusable workflow patterns, configuration principles and operating models for multi-tenancy and Phase 2 onwards.
Define process performance measures and change plans covering throughput, cycle time, review effort, quality, adoption and operational readiness.
