Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking an Engineer, UX/UI Designer (Rail Digitalisation) to help shape the Rail CDP by mapping user journeys, documenting requirements, and prototyping AI-augmented design solutions for web, dashboard, and mobile interfaces.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes, develop design systems, and collaborate with engineering and governance teams to ensure deliveries meet real user needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in computer engineering, CS, information systems, or related field.
• At least 2 years of UI/UX design or related experience.
• Experience designing enterprise apps, dashboards, or transport systems is an advantage.
• Exposure to product development, design thinking, agile delivery, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• User research and requirements gathering from stakeholders.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web, dashboard, and mobile interfaces.
• Maintain design governance and design systems; integrate AI tools.
• Support business analysis and delivery to ensure requirements are met.
