Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Test Solutions Engineer focused on test process development and qualification for FOAK equipment and software. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable new technology, improve yield, and drive cost efficiency across sites.

You will leverage AI-enabled analytics and LLMs to enhance decision making, quality monitoring, and reporting, while ensuring robustness of manufacturing processes and interfaces across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of backend manufacturing test handler equipment and processes.
• 2+ years in backend equipment maintenance/engineering.
• Familiarity with test programs and IS communication protocols.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between KEG and sites for new technology integration and issue resolution.
• Lead global continuous improvement efforts for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Transfer BKMs and latest tech across the global network.
• Benchmark metrics with peers and customers to improve network performance.
• Analyze and optimize processes to raise yield, efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Manage transfer projects from definition to deployment in high-volume manufacturing.
• Apply AI-enabled analytics to monitor quality and support decisions.
