Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Test Solutions Engineering – Test Process Engineer (Module or Component) to drive process development, qualification, and optimization for FOAK equipment and systems in manufacturing.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Process Engineering, QA, and suppliers to enable new tech, reduce cost, improve yield, and ensure high-quality production. Experience with AI-enabled analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of Backend manufacturing test handler equipment and processes.
• Minimum 2-year experiences in backend equipment maintenance/engineering area.
• Good understanding of electronics, infra-structure, mechanical function and reliability of equipment.
• Knowledge in equipment metrics like Utilization/OEE/MTTR/MTBF.

Responsibilities

• Drive efforts between Test KEG and Sites for new technology integration and issues resolution.
• Coordinate global continuous improvement for manufacturing/equipment processes.
• Deploy best known process methods across the global manufacturing network.
• Lead global peer groups to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Benchmark metrics with customers to improve network performance.
• Analyze and solve manufacturing processes to improve yield, cost, and cycle time.
• Establish technical expertise and provide support to internal/external customers.
• Mentor and collaborate with global teams as needed.
