Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD is seeking an MSB Test Process Engineer to optimize test processes, tools, and AI-enabled solutions for high product quality and efficiency. You will lead data-driven improvements, resolve deviations quickly, and drive continuous enhancement across Test operations with AI technologies and digital transformations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in or knowledge on semiconductor manufacturing process and technologies
Good multi-tasking skills and ability to set priorities in a fast moving, dynamic environment
Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
Self-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation
Proficiency in AI tools, data analytics, and digital technologies, with the ability to apply AI-enabled solutions to improve manufacturing quality, productivity, and operational efficiency

Responsibilities

Improving quality in Test processes through data-driven and AI-assisted analysis.
Resolving process/product deviations with short turnaround time using analytical and AI-powered problem-solving approaches.
Driving continuous improvement in Test operations through process characterization, process optimization, problem resolution, effective control implementation, and leveraging AI technologies where applicable.
Handling changes in test processes (including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration) to support high-volume production.
Identifying opportunities for operational excellence in Quality, Efficiency, Cycle Time, Delivery, and Cost through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Leading and participating in projects to realize improvement opportunities through innovative, digital, and AI-driven solutions.
Utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance decision-making, automate routine tasks, improve productivity, and generate actionable insights.
Developing and maintaining proficiency in AI, data analytics, and digital technologies to support smart manufacturing initiatives and continuous business transformation.
Understanding and following the QMS in place and ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 requirements (where applicable)
