Job summary

Autodesk Singapore R&D Centre is seeking a Software Engineer in Test to join the AutoCAD Engineering team. You will leverage AI-powered development and testing workflows to ensure quality across AutoCAD products, collaborating with product owners, engineers, and UX teams throughout the development lifecycle.

You will design and implement automated tests, build testing infrastructure, and lead testing efforts for APIs, performance, and interoperability, while contributing to AI-assisted quality

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of software development, testing, QA, or related experience.
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with automated testing concepts and test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Design test strategies, test plans, and execute manual and automated tests.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for unit, functional, API, integration, and end-to-end validation.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks, tools, and testing infrastructure.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate software testing tasks.
• Use AI tools to improve test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Review AI-generated code, tests, and specs for quality and correctness.
• Participate in AI-assisted software development workflows.
• Conduct API, performance, interoperability, and code coverage testing.
• Investigate defects and drive root cause analysis.
