NCS is Singapore’s largest Systems Integrator and a leading technology services firm across APAC. We are seeking a Test Automation and AI Engineer to design and implement automation and AI solutions across the software testing lifecycle, deliver POCs, and guide clients on value and risk.

The role blends consulting with hands-on engineering in AI-enabled testing, CI/CD integration, and scalable test frameworks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in test automation and software testing.
• Knowledge of modern software development and testing lifecycles.
• Experience with AI concepts in testing and data management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse testing workflows to identify AI/automation improvements.
• Design and deliver POCs demonstrating AI-enabled testing value.
• Lead automation framework development and CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to align outcomes.
• Support account teams with solutioning and continuous improvement.
